Precision Commercial Cleaning is building a network of reliable, experienced independent cleaning companies and professionals throughout Metro Atlanta. Approved Cleaning Partners may be offered opportunities to service recurring commercial accounts, including office buildings, medical clinics, professional suites, and other commercial facilities.
Partner crews get steady commercial work across Metro Atlanta, consistent schedules, clear scopes of work, and a team that handles client relationships so you can focus on doing great work. Pay terms are discussed during screening.
Opportunities are offered based on service area, experience, capacity, and client requirements.
Cleaning Partner Qualifications
To be considered for the Precision Commercial Cleaning vendor network, applicants should:
- Have commercial janitorial or facility-cleaning experience
- Carry, or be willing to obtain, required General Liability Insurance
- Be able to provide a W-9 and Certificate of Insurance (COI) during onboarding
- Have reliable transportation to assigned client locations
- Have access to appropriate commercial cleaning equipment and supplies when required
- Be able to follow written scopes of work and client-specific requirements
- Maintain professional communication, reliability, and quality standards
- Be willing to meet applicable background-screening or security requirements for certain client facilities
- Operate independently as a 1099 subcontractor, not a W-2 employee
